Highlights: • Post Covid 19 fungal sinusitis. • MRI provides an early diagnostic tool. • Combined CT-MRI protocol for extension of fungal sinusitis. • Perineural spread of fungal sinusitis. • Orbital apex and cavernous sinus involvement. To analyse combined computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) characteristics of invasive rhino-orbital mucormycosis (IROM) in post-COVID-19 infection patients for accurate diagnosis and delineation of the extent of involvement.
