Influence of position of electrode working end on form of weld during welding in four-pole magnetic field
Description
Influence of the position of welding electrode end on the weld foriation during welding in the four-pole magnetic field as applied to welding of stainless steels (Kh18N10T) and titanium alloys is considered. It is shown, that the depth of submersion of the electrode in welding influence the distribution of the current and elctromagnetic forces moving the liquid metal in the weld pool, i. e. is the factor permitting to control the form of weld
