Sintering of Bi-Tl, Bi-In, Bi-Pb, and Hg-In contacts

Description

By means of autothermoelectromotive force one measured contact temperature during sintering of specimens of Bi-Tl, Bi-In, and Bi-Pb systems. During sintering one observes heat-up of contact by fractions of degree being twice as large as contact temperature increase. Specimens of Hg-Tl and Hg-In systems were subjected to contacting. The phase diagrams of both systems shows congruently melting intermetallic compounds. Within Hg-In system sintering occurs at thermostat temperature by 15 Deg C below the minimum temperature in the liquids curve

Abstract (Russian)

Методом автотермо-э.д.с. измерена температура контакта. При спекании образцов систем Bi-Tl, Bi-In и Bi-Pb. В процессе спекания происходит разогрев контакта на доли градуса, что более чем на два порядка превышает возрастание температуры контакта. Проведено контактирование образцов систем Hg-Tl и Hg-In. На диаграммах состояния обеих систем присутствуют конгруэнтно плавящиеся интерметаллиды. В системе Hg-In спекание происходит при температуре на 15 град С ниже минимальной температуры на кривой ликвидуса
