Short-living color centers in ZrO2-Y2O3 crystals
Description
In the present work spectral and kinetic characteristics of ZrO2-Y2O3 crystals adsorption with high time resolution were studied by pulse spectroscopy method. Objects of the examination are zirconium dioxides stabilized by yttrium oxides. Experiments were carried out on the device assembled on the GIN-600 high-current accelerator base with electron energy 300 keV, pulse duration 10 ns and current density up to 100 A/cm2. Analysis of adsorption spectra relaxation after excitation stopping shows that the kinetics has more complicate character, it is describing by exponential dependence on some sections
