Determination of uranium by liquid scintillation counting and its application to aqueous and liquid samples
Description
An analytical method for determining the total quantity of uranium in the organic and inorganic liquid samples is described. The method depends on the counting of alpha radiation emitted from the uranium, in a liquid scintillation counter. Reasonably accurate results have been obtained for samples having an uranium concentration of as low as 0.1 g/l. (author)
