Engineering Science Academy: reconsider nuclear power decision

Description
The Engineering Science Academy (IVA) proposes that the decision not to use nuclear power and develop a further two rivers to meet Sweden's power needs should be reconsidered. The reaction from the energy minister was that the academy had grossly underestimated techniques for energy conservation. (J.H.)
