Single-shot measurement of soft X-ray filter transmittance

Description
A simplified method of single-shot measurement of soft X-ray filter's transmittance is proposed. Experiment was performed using laser-produced plasma X-ray source, flat field grating spectrometer, grazing incident mirror and soft X-ray CCD. Filter's transmittance at 9 - 18 nm was measured in a single shot
