Determination of iron (III), zinc and mercury (II) in aqueous solutions by X-ray fluorescence method

Description
Conditions of the iron(III), zinc, and mercury(II) pre-concentration from aqueous solutions by their precipitation as rhodanide complexes in the form of slightly soluble ionic associates with rhodamine G are studied and an X-ray fluorescence technique is developed for the analysis of the concentrates obtained on the filter. The lower detection limit of iron (III), zinc, and mercury (II) contained in 100 cm3 sample is 0.1, 1.8, and 1,5 μg/cm3, respectively. Correctness of the procedure is confirmed with the added-found method

Изучены условия предварительного концентрирования железа (III), цинка и ртути (II) из водных растворов путем осаждения их роданидных комплексов в виде малорастворимых ионных ассоциатов с родамином Ж, и разработана методика анализа получаемых на фильтре концентратов рентгенофлуоресцентным методом. Нижний предел обнаружения железа (III), цинка и ртути (II) из проб объемом 100 см3 составил соответственно 0,1, 1,8 и 1,5 мкг/см3.
