Description
The use of a C1Ag sterile column that may be easily assembled at any nuclear medical center is proposed. The column is easy to handle and allows to obtain aqueous solutions of compounds labelled with radioactive iodine, with a radiochemical purity greater than 99%, conserving pH values, activity concentration, apyretogenia and sterility, the controls of toxicity and presence of heavy metals being negative. Se propone el empleo de una columna de C1Ag esteril, factible de armar en un centro de medicina nuclear, de facil manejo y que permite obtener soluciones acuosas de compuestos marcados con iodo radiactivo, con una pureza radioquimica mayor del 99%, conservando valores de pH, concentracion de actividad, apiretogenia y esterilidad, siendo negativos los controles de toxicidad y presencia de metales pesados.
