Phase transformations in cuprous telluride
Description
The phase transformations of cuprous telluride are examined by combination of DTA (differential thermal analysis) and electron diffraction methods. With increasing temperature phase transformations occur at 175, 275, 320, 365, and 575 0C. Two phases, αI and αII, coexist at room temperature. Their structural features as well as those of the high temperature phases β, γ, δ, and ε are presented. (author)
