We review the status of current efforts at Los Alamos to measure the mass of antiνe with tritium beta decay and to search for oscillation of antiνμ to antiνe. A new proposal to carry out a precision measurement of the electroweak mixing angle, θW, using neutrino-electron scattering measured in a 7000-ton water Cerenkov detector, the Large Cerenkov Detector (LCD), is described
