Analysis and evaluation of experimental data on the value of alpha for plutonium-239. Experimental data on the value of alpha for plutonium-239 (microscopic experiments) in the range of neutron energies from 0.1 to 1000keV are used to obtain estimated values for alpha and the covariance matrix.
