Low-cycle fatigue and cyclic creep are studied for commercial titanium (VT11-0 alloy). The alloy dislocation structure is investigated. It is shown that VT1-0 alloy discontinuous yield at the liquid helium temperature is due to the effect of two factors: dynamic strain hardening and twinning intensiI fication
