Description

This letter briefly summarizes the roundtable discussion on critical heat flux (CHF) and highlights key differences of opinion on three CHF issues. The topics discussed are the terminology for expressing thermal margin, usage of direct substitution versus the heat balance method for correlation and data evaluation, and design usage considerations.
