Solid solutions on the basis of bismuthides of rare earth elements of yttrium subgroup
Description
The scientific based methods of synthesis of bismuthides Ln5Bi3 and solid solutions Gd5-xLnxBi3 have been elaborated. The investigation of state diagrams of Gd5Bi3-Ln5Bi3 systems allowed to determine the regularity of their structure which reveals in formation of isostructural line of substitution of solid solutions Gd5-xLnxBi3. The effective magnetic moments of ions of rare earth elements, Curie paramagnetic temperatures, conductivity character have been defined. The solid solutions Gd5-xLnxBi3 with increased magnetic properties have been obtained.
