Description
The indication of cromosomal damage beside cromosomal aberation is micronucleus, so that micronucleus can preserve as indicator of dose absorbed. The probability occurence of micronucleus higher than cromosomal aberation. Micronucleus represent as cromosomal fragmen or whole chromosom that have not been incorporated in the main nuclei at cell division. The preparation and determine procedure had been done for cell culture lymphocyte perifer for identification micronuclei both konvensional method and cytokinesis blok with cytokhalasin B. The result showed that cytokinesis block method was more easier for identificaton on binucleat cell, furtheremore this method aplicable for dose respon curve micronuclei
