Description

Using cyclic voltammetry (CV) a differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) monitored the investigation of the possibility of electrochemical detection of TiO2 and Al2O3 interactions with NPs biomacromolecule of DNA in the biological environment (RSw) and synthetic (SSw) sweat matrices using electrochemical DNA biosensor and biosensing method. By Al2O3 NPs were observed more significant DNA biosensor damage with increasing incubation time. From CV records of the UV radiation effect on the interaction of the matrix SSw and RSw with Al2O3 and TiO2 NPs using DNA biosensor is irradiated after 15 minutes proved to be the most significant DNA damage induced by Al2O3 NPs in SSw environment. Method biosensing was recorded by DPV significant DNA damage in the SSw environment after exposure to UV radiation for both types of nanoparticles. (authors)
