Λ*(1405) Photo-production at SPring-8/LEPS

Description
We have carried out the hyperon photo-production experiment on the energy range of 1.5 to 2.4 GeV to study the properties of Λ*(1405) hyperon through the Λ*(1405) lineshapes in terms of the π+Σ- and π-Σ+ decay channels. To obtain clear event samples of Λ*(1405), a Time Projection Chamber (TPC) has been constructed as a 4π detector and used for this experiment. In this paper, the present status of the analysis of the Λ*(1405) lineshapes is reported
