Selected aspects of industrial psychology in reactor operation
Description
An appropriate consideration of human factors in the operation of nuclear power plants may contribute to plant safety and availability. This requires an adequate evaluation of the role and the significance of human factors and a realistic understanding of human characteristics and needs. Some common misconceptions are discussed, and some outlines for future developments are proposed. (orig.)

Die angemessene Beruecksichtigung menschlicher Faktoren beim Betrieb von Kernkraftwerken kann zur Sicherheit und Verfuegbarkeit der Anlagen beitragen. Dazu ist es notwendig, dass Rolle und Bedeutung menschlicher Faktoren richtig eingeschaetzt werden und dass realistische Vorstellungen ueber Eigenschaften und Beduerfnisse des arbeitenden Menschen bestehen. Es werden einige verbreitete Missverstaendnisse diskutiert und Loesungsvorschlaege fuer zukuenftige Entwicklungen gemacht. (orig.)
