A test of SU(3) symmetry and duality for residues of reaction K+ P=PK+ and Pi- P=del K0
Description
SU(3) symmetry and duality are used to generate the cross section for the reaction of pion-kaon interaction from that of kaon plus-proton interaction. The calculated cross sections at Psub(L)=5 and 7 GeV/c are compared with the pion minus-proton interaction differential cross section data at the same lab-momenta. (orig./A.B.)
