Collisions of heavy nuclei with relativistic energies
Description
Up to date nuclear matter is known only in its ground states on collisions with nuclei with relativistic velocities, nuclear matter can be densified and excited. The studies described here aimed to investigate the compression behaviour and possible phase transitions. (orig.)

Die Materie im Inneren der Atomkerne kennen wir bisher nur in ihrem Grundzustand. In Kernstoessen bei relativistischen Geschwindigkeiten kann sie hoch verdichtet und angeregt werden. Ziel der hier beschriebenen Studien ist es, das Kompressionsverhalten und moegliche Phasenuebergaenge der Kernmaterie zu untersuchen. (orig.)Additional details
