R&D Results for Designing Technology and Manufacturing of Pelletized Remix Fuel at FSUE Mining and Chemical Complex for VVER-1000 Reactor Plants

Description
The main results of R&D in 2020–2021 is reviewed for designing process and manufacture of pelletized REMIX fuel for VVER-1000 reactor plants at the MCC. The developed hardware-technological flowsheet of the pellet manufacturing process, the results of introducing the technology of mixing and pelletizing powders with a vibrating ball mill and selecting the operation modes of the installation are described. The physicochemical parameters of the manufactured REMIX fuel pellets are summarized.

Представлен обзор основных результатов НИОКР 2020–2021 гг. по созданию технологии и изготовлению на ГХК таблетированного РЕМИКС-топлива для реакторных установок ВВЭР-1000. Описаны разработанная аппаратурно-технологическая схема процесса изготовления таблеток, результаты внедрения технологии смешивания и гранулирования порошков с использованием шаровой вибромельницы и подбора режимов работы установки. Обобщены физико-химические характеристики изготовленных таблеток РЕМИКС-топлива.Additional details
