Determination of composition and dispersivity of silicon carbide powders for structural applications

Description
Specific features of silicon carbide powders with accompanying impurities of free carbon and silicon have been studied. The powders properties have been found to be conditioned by a high-dispersivity state of the materials. The techniques have been proposed and substantiated for determination phase and chemical compositions as well as dispersivity of structural silicon carbide
