Successful X-ray endovascular prosthetics in aneurysm of the abdominal aorta

The experience of conducting roentgenoendovascular prosthesis of abdominal aorta with detachment of its aneurysm from the main blood flow is described. New possibilities for treating one of the forms of severe surgical pathology are shown. Lesser traumaticity of endovascular intervention, absence of necessity in anasthesia provide for successful application of this method by the elderly patients with clearly expressed accompanying pathology
