Description
Diagrams of phase equilibrium in the systems Ln2O3-GeO2-P2O5 at 1100 and 1300 deg C were studied. Temperature conditions of solid state synthesis and boundaries for the series of isotypical ternary compounds of lanthanide oxygermanatophosphates Ln2GePO9 (Ln = La-Tm) and Ln11GeP3O26 (Ln = Pr-Gd) were ascertained
