Preparation of LaMnO3 thin film electrode for solid oxide fuel cells by vacuum evaporation
- 1. Tokyo Institute of Technology at Nagatsuta, 4259 Nagatsuta Midori-ku, Yokohama (Japan)
Description
The reduction in the electric resistance of electrolyte, electrode and interconnector is the primary target in the study of the development of SOFC. The authors have proposed thin film cell structures (2-4) which have planar metal substrate or support. The electrolyte and electrode were prepared on the substrate using vacuum evaporation techniques. In this paper, they report the preparation process of thin film cathode
