Description
Automatic translation: The main problem of osteoporosis, which, according to the International Osteoporosis Foundation, currently exists, is the lack of timely diagnosis of the disease. This is largely due to the nonspecificity of the manifestations of OP. Some authors call OP ''silent pathology''. Clinically, it manifests itself already in the presence of fractures - more often of the vertebral bodies. Fractures are accompanied by pain. A feature of fractures with OP is their occurrence with minimal trauma. This is most common in postmenopausal OP.

Основная проблема остеопороза, которая, по мнению Международного фонда остеопороза, существует в настоящее время, - отсутствие своевременной диагностики заболевания. Во многом это объясняется неспецифичностью проявлений ОП. Некоторые авторы называют ОП «молчаливой патологией». Клинически он заявляет о себе уже при наличии переломов - чаще тел позвонков. Переломы сопровождаются болевым синдромом. Особенностью переломов при ОП является их возникновение при минимальной травме. Это наиболее характерно для постменопаузального ОП.Additional details
