Electron spectra on slow collisions of excited atoms of inert gases
- 1. Leningradskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ. (USSR)
Description
The electron spectra arising in collisions between excited atoms of the noble gases are analyzed. The Penning and associative ionization channels for the He(23S)-He(23S), He(23S)-He(21S), Ne(3P2)-Ne(3P2) reactions are separated by the plasma electron spectroscopy technique for the first time
