Material property requirements for LBB

Description

A historical retrospect to the evolvement of leak before break (LBB) application is followed by a prospective analysis of its application in China. Investigated are the various expressions and measurement methods for materials fracture toughness, and analyzed are the LBB requirements to candidate materials with reference to the practices in different countries.
