Fresh T*-phases of (La, R, Ba)2CuO4-σ (R = Sm-Ho, Y)

Description
Formation regularities of (La, R, Ba)2CuO4-σ (R Sm-Ho, Y) new compounds with T*-phase structures are obtained, are roentgenographically characterized and determined. Barium containing T*-phases are determined to have narrower range of homogeneity, than strontium T*-phases. Occurrence range of La102-xDy0.8BaxCuO4-σ (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.15) solid solution is determined. No transitions into superconducting state of these phases are detected after thermal treatment under P(O2) = 90 and 1100 atm
