Analytic model of a Regge trajectory in the space-like and time-like regions

Description

A model for a Regge trajectory compatible with the threshold behaviour required by unitarity and asymptotics in agreement with Mandelstam analyticity is analyzed and confronted with the experimental data on the spectrum of the ρ trajectory as well as those on the π-p → π0n charge-exchange reaction. The fitted trajectory deviates considerably from a linear one both in the space-like and time-like region

Abstract (Russian)

Анализируется модель для траектории Редже, совместимая с пороговым поведением траектории в соответствии с требованиями унитарности и асимптотик, вытекающих из аналитичности Мандельштамма. Результаты этой модели сравниваются с экспериментальными данными о спектре ρ-траекторий и о зарядовообменной реакции π-p → π0n. Полученная после подгонки траектория существенно отличается от линейной как в пространственноподобной, так и во времениподобной областях
