Description
The inspection in accordance with Articles 35-37 is a kind of general quality control. It is not intended in the first instance for detecting irregularities. The main intention is to ascertain whether a comprehensive program for quality assurance is applied in the installation under review. The supervisors of the European Community would utilize this in full and would check mainly whether the implementation of this program is recorded correctly. (orig./DG)

Die Ueberpruefung gemaess Artikeln 35-37 ist eine Art allgemeine Qualitaetskontrolle. Sie dient nicht in erster Linie der Aufdeckung von Unregelmaessigkeiten. Besonders wichtig ist die Frage, ob die Anlage selbst ein umfassendes Programm zur Qualitaetssicherung handhabt. Die Inspektoren der Europaeischen Gemeinschaft wuerden dies voll ausnutzen und hauptsaechlich ueberpruefen, ob die Durchfuehrung dieses Programms richtig protokolliert wird.
