Synthesis and characterization of some coumarin derivatives and study the biological activity of some of them

Six new compounds were prepared in this paper starting with resorcinol and ethyl acetoacetate in the presence of hexamine the produced compounds were reacted with mono and diamines as (ortho-amino phenol, paraxelenediamine, hydroxyl amine, phenylenediamine and 2,4- diamino toluene) the prepared compounds were characterized by (H1NMR, IR and MS) spectroscopies biological activity was studied with some kinds of bacteria.(author)
