Neutrino oscillation experiments at Fermilab

Creators

  • 1. Fermilab, Batavia, IL (United States)

Description

Neutrino oscillations provide an unique opportunity to probe physics beyond the Standard Model. Fermilab is constructing two new neutrino beams and detectors to provide decisive test of two of the recent positive indications for neutrino oscillations: the MiniBOONE experiment will settle the LSND controversy, MINOS will provide detailed information in the region indicated by the SuperK results.
