Secondary osseous site in the breast cancer: clinical example of false negative in the PET-F.D.G

Description
The interest of the tomography by positron emission (PET) with 18F.D.G. in mammary cancerous pathology is still discussed but its interest in the extension evaluation of the breast cancer tends to become apparent to the detriment of classical osseous scintigraphy. We present in a clinical case, an example of an osseous secondary centre, lately visualized at the PET with 18F.D.G. compared with the osseous scintigraphy and T.D.M. imaging. (N.C.)
