Hydrogen-like system in crossed electric and magnetic fields

Description
The problem of a hydrogen-like system in crossed electric and magnetic fields is considered. The energy of the state localized at a certain distance from the center of a coulomb well is calculated quasiclassically. The nature of the spectrum is elucidated and the condition of applicability of the results is determined. The conditions favourable for the observation of such a state are indicated
