A nonrandom component in cosmic rays of energy >= 1014 eV

Description

During an examination of the distribution of the arrival times of atmospheric Cerenkov light pulses, initiated by cosmic rays of energy >= 1014 eV, a nonrandom component for time separations < 40 s has been detected. The possibility that this might have a point source origin is discussed. (U.K.)
