Fault trees of some systems at the Dukovany nuclear power plant for selected initiating event sequences
Description
Fault trees are presented for the primary circuit makeup and the boron control systems and for the technological water system at the Dukovany NPP. The fault trees were set up by employing the RISK SPECTRUM PSA code. The use of the two systems is described, and the apex events of the trees are defined. Analysis of the systems was performed. 15 figs., 19 refs
