Description

The samples of (Li,Na)F-U,Me crystals where Me=Cu or Sr are studied. For experimental determination of the putting addition proportion the qualitative X-ray phosphorescence analysis was carried out, and then (for uranium content determination and its distribution by depth) the analysis with use Rutherford backscattering method was applied. For X-ray phosphorescence analysis the Si-PIN detector operating under the room temperature with resolution 240 eV for 5.9 keV line and cooling up to the nitrogen temperatures the Si(Li)-detector, providing more high energy resolution: 140 eV for 5.9 keV line are used. For analysis of Rutherford backscattering spectra the modernized the Ural State Technical University cyclotron was applied
