About the supersaturation state of the 2D electronic system on the surface of liquid helium
Description
The reasons of the origination of supersaturation states for the 2D electronic system on the surface of liquid helium are discussed. The possibility of the stationary existence of these states is considered. The basic characteristics of the 2D electronic system over helium are calculated for conditions of the stationary supersaturation. It is shown that the known saturation state for electrons over helium is one of the continuum of supersaturated states. The experimental possibilities of the observation and the identification of supersaturated state for electrons on the helium surface are considered
Abstract (Russian)
Additional details
