Determination of main composition of micro samples of semiconductor solid solutions based on the third and fifth group of elements
- 1. AN SSSR, Moscow. Inst. Radiotekhniki i Ehlektroniki
Description
Procedures are suggested of determining the main composition of micro samples of binary and ternary semiconductor solid solutions based on the 3 and 5 group elements using the results of determining one or two components. If the composition is estimated from the content of one component, it is determined by a precise method. If the composition is estimated from the data for two components, a ratio of analytical signals of a corresponding couple of components (e.g., A and B, B and C, A and C) is used for the calculations. Procedures are reported for determining the main composition of solid solutions of micro crystals and films Bisub(x)Sbsub(1-x), Gasub(x)Insub(1-x), InAssub(x)Psub(1-x) by coulometric, polarographic and photometric methods
