SU(9) grand unified theory

Description
Frampton's SU(9) model is considered in detail as a grand unified theory with SU(4) horizontal symmetry. We find a correlation among neutrino, horizontal-gauge-boson, and new-fermion masses. With neutrino mass around 10 eV, the horizontal gauge boson is estimated to be as heavy as 6 x 1010 GeV. The theory also contains new charged-current processes, which are B+L conserving and ΔL=2
