Description
Angular distributions of hollow atom of the first generation (HA1) creating in microcapillary transmission as function of the interaction strength between the HCI and solid surface was studied. Theoretical model calculations were performed for the angular distribution of Xe6+ ions with an energy of 800 eV/q transmitted through Ni microcapillaries. (R.P.)
