The development of dynamic test method and dynamic test case generating technique for the inadequate core cooling monitoring system

Description

The dynamic test method and dynamic test case related technique for the ICCMS software in PWR is developed. The developed dynamic test method consists of the module dynamic test and the integration dynamic test using ICCMS Test Facility (TF) and simulator. In the module dynamics test, the processing error, caused by the differences in hardware and programming language between ICCMS TF and simulator, is calculated such that the error is used as the acceptance criteria for the integration test. In the integration dynamic test, the dynamic response of the ICCMS software is tested for the operational environments. The test items for each dynamic test were selected by the results of analysis for the design bases accident and the operational requirements of the ICCMS. The dynamic test cases for those items were generated from the simulation data of the Safety Analysis, using the Dynamic Test Case Generating S/W which is developed and it's performance is verified in this study.
