Nonlinear space charge effects in cold plasma
Description
In this paper we discuss of the following nonlinear effects in one dimensional motion of cold plasma : (1) The nonlinear space charge wave due to a modulation of electron velocity at one end of a tube filled with plasma. (2) The effect of ion motion on the fine scale mixing (the orbit crossing). The effect of magnetic field is also discussed in a special case. (author)
