Description
This article deals with all aspects of EMP. It also gives the main conclusions from a report by the Civil Defense Staff on possible damage by EMP and the means of protection from this phenomenon. A simulator to test these means of protection is called for and has been installed in the Netherlands. The list of references is of importance especially for Dutch and European users
