The time response characteristic research of new abio-glitter crystalloid Ce:YAP

Description
Ce:YAP is new fast response abio-glitter crystalloid. This research use crystalloid and photoelectric cell measure technique, measure time response characteristic at laser apparatus's 266nm laser for Shanghai Academy of Optics and Engine supplied Ce:YAP. The research gain crystalloid's time characteristic, include:fast time 615ps.bandwideth 13.85ns.fall time 42.49ns. The Ce:YAP's attenuated time constant 19.28ns,this time is five double faster than NaI(Tl). And from the measure result, the Ce:YAP's time characteristic is independent of thickness. Ge3+ content and anneal mode. (authors)
