Angular and energy regularities of YBa2Cu3O7-x secondary ion emission

Energy and angular distributions of Y+,YO+,Ba+,BaO+ secondary ions sputtered during directional bombardment of YBa2Cu3O7-x by 6 keV argon ions, were studied at different oxygen content, changed due to vacuum annealing and oxygen adsorption on metalooxides surface. Fine structure of energy distributions of Ba-group secondary ions, testifying to two nonequivalent barium states in superconductor surface, was revealed. It was established that oxygen content dictated the direction of primary emission of secondary ions of various types and energies. Simple model, describing this effect, was developed
