Description

Plasmachemical processing of gases at atmospheric pressure can be realized by using appropriate non-LTE discharges. Especially the electron temperature appears as a critical parameter for controlling the chemical reactions. Using electron-beam sustained discharges, the energy of electrons can be varied by the applied voltage
