Superconducting characteristics of an S-N-S junction coupled with an LnBaCuO film

Description
A HoBa2Cu3O7-x-La1.5Ba1.5Cu3O7-y-HoBa2Cu3O7-x junction having a planar structure is fabricated and its superconducting characteristcs are investigated. Supercurrent of the junction is anomalously extended in the La1.5Ba1.5Cu3O7-y layer. The superconducting behavior is like that of an S-S'-S junction in spite of having an S-N-S structure. (orig.)
